THE THRIVING PHOENIX CIRCLE
A Living Sanctuary for Midlife Reinvention
There comes a point after the fire, when the crisis has passed, the appointments slow down, and you finally look around and realize:
I survived… but what happened to me?
You’re no longer in emergency mode, but you’re not yet living a life that feels like yours either.
You’re standing in the ashes of an old identity — partner, caregiver, good soldier — and feeling the first flickers of a new self you don’t quite have language for yet…
This is where the Thriving Phoenix Circle begins.
This is for the woman who made it through the burn-down and is now feeling the pull to rise.
To remember herself.
To reclaim her voice.
To step out of survival and into something truer.
The Thriving Phoenix Circle is about Reinvention.
Not repair.
You are not here to be fixed.
You are here to discover what your third act is asking of you.
What stays.
What goes.
What roles you’re still willing to carry — and which ones are done.
What kind of work, love, and everyday life actually feeds you now.
The Thriving Phoenix Circle doesn’t circle around your old story.
It helps you write the next chapter.
From Crisis Mode to
Creator Mode… You’ve spent years reacting: to symptoms, to needs, to everyone else’s urgency. Here, you practice responding to your own desires, timing, and truth.
From “I Don’t Know Who I Am” to
“I Choose Who I Am Next”… Through guided reflection, conversation, and simple rituals, you begin to see the through-line of who you’ve always been—and how she wants to show up now.
From Carrying It Alone to Being Witnessed in Your Becoming… You’re surrounded by women who are also rebuilding after their own midlife fires. No one needs you to be the strong one here. You get to be the one who is changing.
This is not about managing symptoms of the past.
It is about designing what comes after.
What Is The Thriving Phoenix Circle?
A monthly gathering space where Rose walks beside you as a midlife reinvention mentor —someone who knows crisis, transition, and reinvention from the inside out.
An invitation to look honestly at your current life, name what no longer fits, and explore what you want instead.
A spacious, grounded container to imagine and take real next steps toward a life that honors your heart, your body, your work, and your relationships.
This is not community as performance.
This is community as permission.
What You’ll Begin to Notice…
Your days begin to include more of what lights you up.
You reconsider what you say yes and no to.
You start making choices based on what is true for you now—not who you used to be, or who everyone else still needs you to be.
You catch yourself before slipping back into automatic crisis mode.
Your days begin to include more of what lights you up.
Your relationships shift as you show up more honestly.
You rise as who you’re here to be now.
Your future starts to feel less like something happening to you
and more like something you are actively shaping
Why It Matters
This is not about going back to who you were.
It is about rising as who you’re here to be now.
Thriving Phoenix Circle is where you practice that rise — month by month, decision by decision — with a circle of women who are doing the same.
Hi there
I’m
Rose
Life as I knew it fell out when my husband unexpectedly landed in the hospital with a brain injury. We were out of the country, in Montreal where most medical professionals spoke québécois (Canadian French), while I spoke only a decent French menu!
Suddenly, I found myself thrown into the deep end of navigating two healthcare systems, complicated medical translations, and my family’s immediate needs. It was clear the path forward was going to be a long one. So quickly my life priorities shifted, that I needed to press pause on my branding and identity career, and focus my energy on being a caregiver.
The revelation hit me…I was no longer who I used to be. My “phoenix change” moment had arrived – when life as you know it burns down, and you make the powerful choice to rebuild yourself from the ashes.
With the willingness to receive help from a lot of amazing people, I began my rebuilding journey. As the healing months went on, I became inspired to share all that I learned with others facing the same intense burndown.
Now, I draw on my decades of expertise in the art and science of identity reinvention to help us women walk through Life’s earth-shattering moments. When your beloved suffers a life-threatening illness, life instantaneously transitions. And once you manage the immediate crisis, it’s then time to rise from the ashes as a Phoenix who reinvents herself – stepping into your new identity with clarity, love, power and devotion.
